T19.  Jinarajadasa, C, (transcriber and compiler), Letters from the Masters of Wisdom (first series), 1st edition, T.P.H 1919, Cr8vo, blue cloth with green titles to spine and gilt titles and insignia to front board,  4 + 124pp, with a foreword by Annie Besant. Letters received by the Society by the Hidden Masters between 1881 and 1888. Spine darkened, cloth rather soiled and spotted, and with a few small surface gouges to boards, end papers browned, text clean and tight. Still a good sound copy overall of the scarce first issue £14

Fine in very good (a few minor marks, edges rubbed) d/w £6

Judge, W, The Ocean of Theosophy, 1893, United Lodge of Theosophists 1922, Cr8vo, green cloth with gilt titles to spine and front board, top edge gilt, 12 + 153pp + advertisements, with a frontispiece portrait. A concise digest of the fundamental principles and teachings of Theosophy. A few minor marks to cloth, ownership signature to front paste-down, minor spots to a few margins, text very clean and tight overall. Very good - £6
